JHSF thriving under the leadership of Jose Auriemo Neto

Two brothers joined hands and started JHS, as it was recognized back in the year 1972, but today, it is the leader in real estate in Brazil, the JHSF group. Jose Roberto Auriemo and his brother and business partner Fabio launched JHS with the aim of serving the construction and real estate market.

But around 1990, the two brothers divided the company into two. Fabio Auriemo decided to specialize in business activities targeting the real estate market which was the JHSF Partcipacoes wing.

While Jose Roberto Auriemo took over the other part JHSJ.

JHSF Participacoes joined the real estate sector, and with no time, it was expanding its bases to cover more business operations which included shopping malls sectors.

Among the very many JHSF projects is the Santa Cruz complex in Sao Paulo. It was a pioneering move that mapped the overall activities of the JHSF. Santa Cruz included a transport system, numerous shopping centers, residential buildings, and office blocks, among other spectacular landmarks.

JHSF has been at the forefront in developing Brazil’s high-end markets; this has given them a chance to explore the international arena. JHSF Internacional is doing a commendable job in Uruguay and the United States.

JHSF boasts of 815 on Fifth Avenue found in New York City and residential homes in Punta del Este in Uruguay.

With their various projects in Brazil and beyond, you can learn one thing from JHSF group; they have tailored their business activities and strategies to target recurring income sectors. Their main areas include commercial and residential real estate projects, shopping malls and executive airports, and hotels and restaurants.

Recently, JHSF added more value to its brand by acquiring Fasano luxury hotels and rights of Fasano brand name. The move will enable the company to serve more clients and cement its position in high-end markets.
